Shipping Policy

We ship from Dallas, Texas every Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & holidays!

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!


  • Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Our default method of shipping is Standard, which takes approximately 5-8 business days to deliver within the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, and APO. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible.
  • We do not currently ship internationally but plan to do so in the near future.
  • We do offer free shipping on orders that are over $75 within the continental United States.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information.
  • Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.



It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
